GGCo Wholesale Terms & Conditions

To proceed with purchasing you must read and agree to our terms and conditions below to activate the checkbox:

Hello, welcome and thank you for being part of The Grampians Good Co {GGCo.} family by being a stockist or trade partner. We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new stockists.

Please ensure you are familiar with our Wholesale Account terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Minimum Order Value

The standard minimum order value is $600 per order.

3. RRP

Products or goods acquired from us are required to be sold at or above the recommended retail price (RRP), as specified on our official website.

Furthermore, The Grampians Goods Co. retains the right to periodically conduct sales and promotional offers on our website. Stockists are granted permission to align their prices with these promotional offers within the same promotional time period, but are expressly prohibited from offering a higher discount than what is offered on the GGCo. website, or offering an aligned discount for a longer period of time than it is on offer on the GGCo. website.

In instances where a Wholesale Account decides to list our products or goods at a discounted rate, the discount must not surpass 15% below the RRP. For any special sale events outside of aligning with our own website and beyond this 15% discount limit, Wholesale Accounts are required to seek written permission from The Grampians Goods Co. Requests for special sale events can be submitted to wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au and will be considered at the discretion of The Grampians Goods Co.

All Stockists are expected to fully comply with the terms outlined in this updated pricing policy. Non-compliance may lead to the termination of the Wholesale Account. For any inquiries or clarification regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in AU dollars (AUD). All authorised retailers will receive products at our set wholesale prices, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover the shipping costs over and above the flat rate provided that Minimum Order Value is met or exceeded.

5. Display of Products

All products must be displayed with the GGCo. labels and supplied packaging ie: our large aromatherapy candles are supplied and sold in our branded boxes. You must not sell them without the packaging. Products must be sold with the labels as provided with the product and must not be tampered with or changed.

6. Samples, Testers & Display Products

Samples, testers and display products are available to order through our wholesale website at a reduced price. They are intended only for display purposes and must not be sold to customers under any circumstances. Doing so may result in your account with us being cancelled.

7. Use of GGCo. imagery and copy

Imagery: Lifting product images off the GGCo. website for use on your website is never permitted. GGCo. images are licensed exclusively to our brand.

To support our stockists, we have compiled a Dropbox folder with images that retailers may use that are approved for websites and are different to our own so that we can all maintain our respective unique brand aesthetics that speak to our individual business niche markets. These images have been decompressed for web use, we do not provide high res images. We update this folder regularly and as our budget allows.

If you require anything additional we strongly encourage all our stockists to invest in their own business’ product photography that is on brand for your brand and customers, promotes our products in your store and resonates more authentically with your unique target market.

If you notice an image on social media that you love and would like to share, you’re welcome to screenshot and repost, but please only use the images to specifically promote a GGCo. product that you stock or a direct reference to your retailing The Grampians Goods Co. brand.

Please ensure to follow social media sharing etiquette by tagging both @grampians_goods_co and the photographer (if I have mentioned them) in your caption, and by tagging the actual image. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask, a quick email to wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au will do the trick!

Please do not alter any of the images or assets, whether that’s from the Dropbox folder, or from my social media posts. This means, please don’t add a filter, edit, enhance or add your own artwork overlay such as text or logo on top of the image. Please also, do not use the images for website category banners or webpage design or for general advertising of your own sales or promotional activities – please use your own photography investment for this purpose.

Product descriptions: Please also don’t copy and paste the product descriptions from our website for your own website. Search engines can down-rank duplicate copy and we are all negatively impacted. However, please feel free to use the product information in the descriptions on our site to create your own personalised descriptions suited to your individual businesses unique customer base.

As an online-only retailer it’s always been advantageous for GGCo. to have bricks & mortar brand partners that help introduce our products to new markets, however with the advent of COVID-19 and the consequent necessity for our stockists to digitalise their businesses in order to survive, the need for us all to differentiate and maintain our own identities in this online space has become increasingly important to GGCo. and we appreciate your cooperation.

Exclusive products: Just a reminder that a condition of stocking the Paddock Pillows (™) is that they are not to be sold online. It is a requirement that these only be sold in physical stores only and complete with the inserts for a RRP of $189.00 incl. GST.

8. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to us within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without GGCo. prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer.

9. Payments

GGCo. accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), PayPal and EFT payments.

If paying via EFT, please email us through remittance advice as proof of payment to remittance@grampiansgoodsco.com.au

10. Payment upon ordering

We do not currently offer accounts/credit terms. Goods will be dispatched when full payment is received unless otherwise approved by us in special cases.

11. Postage/Freight

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.

Orders under $600 will attract the standard Australia Post shipping rate.

Wholesale order shipping flat rates for orders over $600 from 1 August 2022, are as follows:

12. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

13. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact GGCo for information about availability.

14. Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us by email to wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au. Back Orders under $300 will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in our shipping section above.

15. Shipping International Orders

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. Shipping will be quoted.

16. Exclusivity

To be eligible for exclusivity of your geographic postcode your business is required to spend a minimum of $1100 inc GST per month.

17. Inactive Accounts

Newly approved customers are required to place an order within 8 weeks of approval otherwise your account will be automatically terminated.

Customers who do not place an order for a period of 12 months or longer will be automatically terminated.
