Please ensure you are familiar with our Wholesale Account terms and conditions outlined below:
1. Minimum Order Value
The standard minimum order value is $600 per order. Shipping is not included in the $600 minimum. The $600 order must be made up of product exclusively, shipping is added on after the minimum spend threshold is attained.
2. How to Place Order
Instructions to help you place your order can be found here. Submit your order via our wholesale portal. You will have received a login after your request to become a stockist was approved. If you forget your login or password, please use the password recovery option. If you are having trouble with the online service, please contact wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au.
3. RRP
Products or goods acquired from us are required to be sold at or above the recommended retail price (RRP), as specified on our official website.
The Grampians Goods Co. retains the right to periodically conduct sales and promotional offers on our website. Stockists may align pricing with these promotions during the same promotional period but must not exceed the discount offered by GGCo. or extend the discount beyond the promotion period.
Wholesale Accounts may discount products up to 15% below RRP. Any special sale events beyond this limit or outside alignment with GGCo. promotions require written permission. Requests must be submitted to wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au and are subject to approval.
Non-compliance may result in termination of the Wholesale Account.
4. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST. Authorised retailers receive products at wholesale pricing plus GST and shipping. Trade clients receive 20% off RRP plus shipping. Prices may change without notice.
Shipping costs beyond the flat rate will be covered by GGCo. when the minimum order value is met or exceeded.
5. Display of Products
All products must be displayed and sold with GGCo. labels and supplied packaging. Products must not be sold without packaging, altered, or relabelled.
6. Use of GGCo. Imagery and Copy
Using images from the GGCo. website is not permitted. All website imagery is licensed exclusively to GGCo.
Approved retailer imagery is available via our Dropbox folder: View Image Library.
Images must not be edited, filtered, altered, or overlaid with text or logos. Images may not be used for website banners, advertising, or sales promotions.
Social media images may be shared via screenshot only to promote GGCo. products you stock. Please tag @grampians_goods_co and the photographer where applicable.
Please do not copy product descriptions from the GGCo. website. You may write your own descriptions using product information provided.
Paddock Pillows™ must be sold in-store only, complete with inserts, and not sold online as covers only. RRP is $189.00 incl. GST.
7. Returns
Returns must be requested in writing within 7 days of delivery, quoting the invoice number and reason. Returns require prior approval and shipping instructions.
Unsuitable returns incur a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. Please email wholesale@grampiansgoodsco.com.au before returning goods.
8. Payments
Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and EFT.
EFT remittance advice must be emailed to remittance@grampiansgoodsco.com.au.

9. Payment Upon Ordering
Orders will be dispatched once full payment is received unless otherwise approved.
10. Postage & Freight
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Orders under $600 attract standard Australia Post rates.
Wholesale shipping flat rates for orders over $600 from 1 February 2026:

11. Damages and Defects
All shipments must be inspected upon arrival. Damages or defects must be reported within 5 days. Items held longer than 15 days will not be accepted.
12. Delivery Window
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for order completion. Larger orders may require additional time.
13. International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 4–22 days depending on courier. Shipping will be quoted at checkout.
14. Exclusivity
To qualify for postcode exclusivity, a minimum spend of $1100 incl. GST per month is required.
15. Inactive Accounts
New accounts must place an order within 8 weeks of approval. Accounts inactive for 12 months will be automatically terminated.
