The Antipodean Collection Check Blankets are a bold take on our Heritage Collection; their bespoke, contrasting colour combinations symbolising the coexistence of light and dark within nature, and within ourselves.
We selected these colour combinations specifically to create this exclusive designer range, their THICK check pattern honouring our need to go BIG, to stay open to moments of expansion and grandiose adventures, with BIG feels, BIG dreams and BIG ideas.
The Colour Cypress
Cypress pine groves can be discovered by the discerning adventurer visiting the Grampians region, with pockets of Oyster Bay cypress pine (Callitris rhomboidea) nestled in Little Desert National Park. Uniquely adapted to survive fire and drought, native Australian cypress varieties are resilient and self-protective, and thrive in the sandstone ridges of the Grampians region.
To us, ‘Cypress’ represents that self-protective pocket within us all. As humans we have a primal, biological response to challenging times, and it’s different for all of us. Some dream, some fight, some scream, some retreat, some stay frozen in time. But regardless, we adapt to protect ourselves, our families and our communities.
Our Cypress Antipodean Check Blanket is an organic olive tone, paired with soft brown to subtly draw out the natural qualities of the blend.

Size, Care & Specifications
Size: 69” x 62” | 175cm x 157cm
Care: We recommend dry cleaning when possible but you can machine wash in a front loader on a gentle wool cycle at no more than 30 degrees with wool specific wash, and hang dry. Finish in the tumble dryer on lowest heat for no more than 30 minutes to restore a bit of fluffiness! Read more about caring for your blanket here.
Specifications: Ethically woven in India from a minimum of 75% recycled wool from upcycled woollen garments and 25% mixed fibres which include synthetics for practicality & ease of care, like polyester (15%), nylon (7%), other eg. cotton, linen, viscose (3%).
Colours and hues may vary slightly between production runs due to the availability of the different materials for manufacture.

If you order more than one blanket, you will receive the option in checkout to choose for each blanket to be packed in our GGCo. Signature Packaging. This is at a cost of $5.00AUD, per blanket plus shipping charges.
If you don’t require your blankets to be individually boxed, you don’t need to do anything! They will be carefully packed in our beautifully branded eco-friendly packaging and dispatched to you.
With our packaging types, you've got options that can be selected at the cart.
1. If you order a single blanket, it comes in our complimentary GGCo. Signature Packaging, beautifully packed in a deluxe box made from recycled materials lined with tissue paper. This is then placed in a HeapsGood eco-mailer to be posted to you.
2. If you order more than one blanket, you will receive a notification in your cart for you to choose for each blanket to be packed in our GGCo. Signature Packaging. This is at a cost of $5.00AUD per blanket plus shipping.
