Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. Our recycled wool blankets are made from recycled wool textiles and the colours are subject to change slightly from batch to batch depending on the materials available at the time of production. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of the company (us). We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Please contact customercare@grampiansgoodsco.com.au if you have any complaints or comments. 

Waiver

If you breach these Terms of Service conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Termination of Services
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and The Grampians Goods Co.. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of The Grampians Goods Co.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia.

SECTION 20 – SALES & PROMOTIONS

The Grampians Goods Co. runs sponsored digital advertising campaigns and promotional offers on social media platforms and engages in email marketing promotions.

Discount Codes

    1. Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
    2. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

The offers in these promotions are strictly time-sensitive and are redeemable exclusively via the specified link within the advertisement copy, call-to-action buttons in the advertisement or other specified link within email marketing communications.
In order to function correctly and have the advertised offer applied, the customer transaction must take place within the same browser session, that is, a customer must click on the promotional link, and then complete their purchase within the automatically-opened browser session that launches upon activation of that link. 
Customers are advised that the promotional offer will not be applied to the cart until the checkout. Apparel Pre-Order Terms and Conditions AW2023 

Dear GGCo. Family,

Our apparel AW23 pre-orders will be open for a duration as determined and communicated by The Grampians Goods Co.  

We understand you will be excited to receive your products in due course, so we just wanted to let you know a few things to keep in mind when placing your pre-orders.

To answer all your questions, please see our Pre-Order T&Cs below:

—All pre-orders will be shipped from early April 2023 onwards, based on the sequence in which orders are received. The Grampians Goods Co. is unable to hold or reserve items. No backorders will be available on apparel items.

– If you purchase any additional items with your pre-order, they will be shipped together. Your entire order will be shipped once your pre-order apparel item is ready to dispatch.  We are constantly trying to reduce our carbon footprint (as well as yours), which is why we cannot split any additional items into separate parcels, in an effort to limit shipping emissions.

— “Pre-Order” means that these are items are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance.  To ensure that the items are allocated to your order, payment will be taken at the time of placing your order. Afterpay is available on pre-orders and shipping is FREE.

— Please understand that product availability may not be guaranteed, as arrival of stock can be subject to external factors that may be outside of The Grampians Goods Co’s. control. In this unlikely case, you will, of course, be notified and refunded.

The Grampians Goods Co. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Grampians Goods Co. (“The Grampians Goods Co.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Grampians Goods Co.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Grampians Goods Co. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Grampians Goods Co.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to GGCo. or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Grampians Goods Co. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
