Whilst we hope you are absolutely thrilled to bits with your selection, if however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked as lodged within seven (7) business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached & in its original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

For all products except Fair Isle Sweaters:

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@grampiansgoodsco.com.au to obtain a return merchandise authorisation. After receiving the authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (print out of original order confirmation), and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

For Fair Isle Sweaters only:

We offer free returns, exchanges and refunds exclusively on our Fair Isle Sweater product. Upon purchasing a Fair Isle Sweater you will be sent a link to print a prepaid postage return label should you need to return it for an exchange or refund. You must lodge your return strictly within seven (7) business days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund. We resevre the right to decline to refund your purchase should it attempt to be returned outside of the seven (7) business days.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return for a store credit, or exchange, or for Fair Isle sweaters exclusively, a refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item at our HQ to process your return or exchange or refund for your Fair Isle Sweater.

EXCEPTIONS

For health, hygiene and product quality integrity reasons the following items cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged:

  • Grampians Grown Sandstone Soap
  • Grampians Grown Hemp Husk Body Bar
  • Grampians Grown Hemp Husk Hand Scrub
  • Rose Refresh Face & Space Mist
  • All Aromatherapy Candles

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • With the exception of defective or faulty products, we do not accept returns for refunds on any goods except for the Fair Isle Sweaters. We do not accept returns for refunds for change of mind except for Fair Isle Sweaters. Please choose your blanket and Paddock Pillow colours carefully. Different screens can alter the tones and although we’ve tried our best to show the true unfiltered colours of the product on the product listing on our website, there can still be slight colour variations and we do not accept returns for refunds for a slight colour discrepancy – you may only apply to exchange your product, or to return for a store credit. Regarding our Wild Lamb hides, each individual hide is unique. Whilst we try our best to show a generic example of the product on our website, we cannot guarantee the availability of exact colours hues nor specific markings. It is a natural product and comes as it is; raw and wild.
