How do I join The Guild?

Ready to embark on a rewarding journey? Click here to create your Guild loyalty account. If you've already joined our online community and purchased in the last 6 months, congratulations, you're automatically a Guild member. Please note that subscribing to our email newsletter isn't equivalent to Guild membership, so be sure to create an account to start earning points.

How do I earn points?

The Guild offers multiple avenues to earn points:

Create an account: Earn 100 points upon activation.

Make a purchase: Get 1 point for every $1 spent.

We love anniversaries!: Get 30 points

Leave a Review: get 50 points

Add a photo to your review: get 20 points

Add a video to your review: get 30 points

Spend big: Receive extra discounts on total spends over $600.

Become part of The Family: spend $1400 or more and receive top rewards

Refer a friend: Give 30, Get 30 - Give your friends AU$30 Off their first order of AU$200+ and get AU$30 (in points) for each successful referral.

What products can I redeem my points on?

Redeem your points on any full-priced GGCo. products on our website (grampiansgoodsco.com.au).

Please note that digital gift cards, selected discounted products, other special promotions, shipping, and taxes are excluded.

Can I combine my points with additional discount codes?

Points can be redeemed on most products and purchases and combined with discount coupon codes, excluding digital gift cards, and special sale items.

Where can I find my rewards points?

Simply log in to your Guild account to view and redeem your points. You can redeem points once you reach a value of 250 points, and your account will notify you by email when your points are about to expire. You will also be notified when you receive the next rewards Tier.

The Tiers are: Fan, Friend, Family

How do I redeem my points at checkout?

Ensure you're logged into your account before checkout. If you have enough points to redeem, they will display at checkout, giving you the option to add them to your order.

Will my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions) via our website (grampiansgoodsco.com.au).

Can I earn points for buying from a GGCo. stockist?

Unfortunately, purchases from GGCo. stockists cannot be credited to your Guild account, as it is linked to our website.

The Guild T&Cs.

All points are in AUD equivalent. For international customers, points will be rewarded in the equivalent AUD at the time of the transaction.

GGCo. reserves the right to cancel a customer’s account or points balance at our discretion.

GGCo. may cancel or remove the GGCo. Guild reward program entirely at any time at our discretion and will not be required to compensate the customer or refund the equivalent of points accounts in cash or store credit.
